We are helping them to organize, execute, and monitor their Compliance and Operational activities to a degree of efficiency not previously possible.

How can I be a part of this?

As our technology offerings are growing so is our Revenue team. A central part of that team is our Full-cycle Sales Executives. They are our hunters; Out on the front lines- prospecting, evangelizing and closing opportunities for our suite of technology solutions.

Our Full-cycle Sales Executives own the life cycle of the sale from prospecting to opportunity management to close. They are the “CEO” of their own territory: determining who best to target, and forming a strategy on how to engage with them.

They call, email and reach out to the leads they find and conduct sits to discover their prospects’ priorities and problems and present the relevant solutions to them. They shepherd their opportunities through our sales process and their decision-making process and winning their business.

Throughout this process they keep the CRM up to date and keep track of their metrics so they can always find areas to improve.

  • Identify prospects by researching multiple sites and internal platforms
  • Call prospective customers
  • Generate and conduct initial sits
  • Shepherd prospects through our sales process and their decision-making process
  • Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Maintain operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed

What is the compensation package?

Our Full-cycle Sales Executives receive a base salary and are paid commission on opportunities they have closed - won. They also receive kickers when accounts they have won renew or grow with us.

Our Full-cycle Sales Executives also have medical, dental and vision benefits as well as Paid Time Off.
