We are looking for an entry-level Operations Admin to join Vitralogy’s team and support Account Management with their workload queue, various projects, etc. Candidate will mainly work within our patented web-based platform; processing client emails (requests, issues, etc.) and reporting status updates using our web-based system. Communication with clients will mostly be via email with very limited telephone communication. Working with other departments on a ‘per project-basis’ providing administrative and clerical support.
Definite growth opportunities within the company, career path can lead to become a full-cycle Account Manager or other departments depending on candidate’s skill/aptitude. Must be skilled with computers and various Office applications like Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.

Our Customer Growth Executives see themselves as part of our customer’s team: they want to understand their priorities, help them address problems and look for opportunities to purpose any additional solutions. They form strategies on how to engage with customers on new solutions, keep meticulous notes in the CRM, make regular calls, send emails and reach out on other channels, shepherding our customers through the evaluation process when they see that one of our solutions can help them achieve a priority or solve a problem.

Our Customer Growth Executives receive a base salary and are paid commission on opportunities they have closed - won.
Our Customer Growth Executives also have Medical, Dental and Vision benefits as well as Paid Time Off.

Our Full-cycle Sales Executives own the life cycle of the sale from prospecting to opportunity management to close. They are the “CEO” of their own territory: determining who best to target, and forming a strategy on how to engage with them.
They call, email and reach out to the leads they find and conduct sits to discover their prospects’ priorities and problems and present the relevant solutions to them. They shepherd their opportunities through our sales process and their decision-making process and winning their business.
